Well, I was looking forward to this item, as I am on my feet all day in heavy work boots. I usually do squats and sit on my arches to stretch them and other stretches as well for legs and calves. When this arrived, it was MUCH smaller than I anticipated... I am a size 11-12 (depending on the shoe type) and my foot is way too big for this, my toes are overhanging the end of it. Plus, it's a bit narrow, the sides of my feet are also overhanging the sides of it.

I am also not overweight or even chubby, I am 180lbs and this thing was creaking when I did try to use it as best as I could. Makes you wonder how long it will last before either deforming or breaking.

Also, by the way, the anti-skid pads on the bottom of it aren't actually anti-skid pads, they're just soft pieces of foam. There is no graphite or other type of anti-skid material to them. I have tiles floors and this does move around on it when you attempt to use it.

Unfortunate, I won't be using it and I won't be returning it, as Amazon was saying it cannot be returned due to its product class? Really??? It's was used for a little and can't be returned? Because it's a "Health Product", it cannot be sent back. So now I have a ugly paperweight, or rug weight now.

I have taken pills for six months and had an injection in my heel… But this thing brought instant relief for my plantar fasciitis. i use it 4 to 6 times a day. I gave it four out of five stars because I have only had it a week… If it continues as it started, it is definitely a five-star product for anyone with Hill/plantar problems

This thing is amazing and I wish I had bought it 3 years ago! I was having so much tightness in my feet that my ankles were hurting and it was affecting my ability to walk and keep up with my 4 kids. 2 days of this stretcher and my pain is gone, 100% gone. I bought two of these to regularly stretch my calves, one for home and one for work. I have plantar fasciitis and using this every couple of hours for about 20 seconds per leg helps keep my feet pain free.This replaces the stretch where you stretch your foot up against a wall but I rarely do that because my feet slip when I do that exercise. I needed a rocker to stretch my Achilles tendons in both legs. I had bought a more expensive rocker which I donated away because the front & back adjusted, but didn't adjust enough so I could fit my whole sneakered foot (size 11 women's/size 9.5 men's) onto it with both rests on it. My PT said I should have both on, otherwise it rested at an angle. So I'd taped (blue carpenter's tape) the toe rest onto the front. Eventually I gave it away to my PT's office for someone with smaller feet to use. This one is a bit shorter, but it is open in the front, so my shoe can overlap. The heel rest is a bit shorter than the more expensive one, but it is enough to hold your foot in place and the rocker rests at "neutral" to put your foot on. I'd suggest if you have a larger foot, look at others that are constructed differently as they may be a bit longer and the middle of the foot is therefore over the middle of the rocker. I bought these rockers for stretching the Achilles tendons, so others may work for other stretching.

The heel hurt progressively worse over a period of a couple of weeks, to the point where it was hard to walk on it at all. After some research my wife suggested that the Powerstep might provide some relief. I had my doubts but i figured it was worth a try. Well, after the first use, i could hardly believe the difference it made. The pain was reduced by at least 50 percent. It takes three thirty second reps per session, several times per day. My heel.has continued to continued to get better and i expect it to be back to normal soon with the aid of this device. I was skeptical until i used it and now i am very glad i did.

They are very tight and sore. I've tried stretching on my own without much effect. I've also tried massages, but the effects just don't last. This is a long term review as this was bought July 2018.

There are many different designs of this type of device, they all work the same way in my opinion so I looked for two things. One of these devices that is well made and then next was being cost effective. No point in buying something that will just break after a few uses and no point to buy something strictly for a brand name just to have a brand name.

This fulfilled both my needs as we feel this is quality and easy on the wallet.

It is made out of a thick durable plastic which has not cracked or shown any sign of failure after putting the entire body weight on this device. This also has two rubber strips on the bottom to help hold this in place as it's being used. I'm size 12 and this easily fit for my own use. Since the end of this is open, there is not a dedicated shoe size that is limited. Any size shoe can be used with this device.

We took a short video on how WE use this product. We're not any sort of sports trainer or a podiatrist, this how WE ended up using this. Aside from the two short uses in the video there are a few other ways this can also be used. Be creative and be safe when you work out!

We originally bought this to help work out a plantars fasciitis issue and we're quite happy we did. Nothing is over night, that is not how the body works however with routine and dedication we found this worked well. The Dr. talked about shots and ultrasonic therapy however low key is always the first route to go I find.

This was used for just a few minutes a day before bed and found this was enough to help relieve that issue.

We recommend this 100% to anyone who wants to get that deep stretch, work out some of those achilles or plantars fasciitis issues.

I have size 13 4E feet which veer into size 14 2E territory. It fit me beautifully with or without shoes.

One of my cross trainers has a very wide base and it did not fit perfectly at the rear contour however this illustrates that the device is quite large and clearly could accommodate all kinds of footwear. In recent years, due to manufacturers pinching pennies everywhere, I have come to expect that almost everything will be too small, however this device is sized nicely without being too big.

the curvature is perfect to do my necessary stretches - I really have nothing negative to say about this and would happily recommend it to anybody.
