The book breaks things down into understandable language leaving the AT jargon speak for others. It takes dry topics and brings humor to them. The book guides you through the different aspects and hurdles that are faced everyday in the AT "world". The book was written so you don't have to move from chapter to chapter they want you to skip around to the information you need and want now.
I would recommend this book for the newbie into AT and older timer that is just looking for a gem to share with others. What I like best about this book are that the authors not "theory people" they are hands on, they are in the classrooms working with students on a regular basis. The authors are also accessible to answer question or to help others on the AT journey.
