The cheapest good condition book was 63$. The price on the actual book was 19.95. This was not listed as a collectors item, and I was under the impression that this was a master guide. It is about 5/8" thick, which for the price you would think it was as thick as a master level textbook. I can't believe they are selling new ones between 120$ and 250$. Should have done my research.
The tips and tricks that still apply today for hobby or serious smiths/machinists. If your just starting off gunsmithing or just wanting to learn more and maintain or modify your current pistols/revolvers this book is a MUST HAVE.
PROS: great info,multiple firearms,beretta 92,1911s,kahr k9,S&W revolvers,TC CONTENDER,BROWNING HIGH POWER,LUGER GLOCK,LORCIN L9,RUGER-PSERIES
CONS: needs more clear pictures for each firearm to fully understand Some of the described procedures.if you familiar with how for examply a series-80 1911 swartz safety works then there is no issue, however more detailed pics and cut-away photos of internal workings wouod make this book PERFECT.
