I approached this book considering myself an adept operator in the world of thought forms and internal deamons. However that was soon to change. This handbook shattered my paradigm that selves, negs, deamons, or whatever you want to call them, are internal constructs subject to to a high level of control by the individual. Literally, as I was reading this book I became aware of external entities that threatened my stability and even started to influence those around me. I existed in a state of constant fear and my apartment exuded despair to anyone who spent time there. I went from having a casual, somewhat academic, interest in psychic techniques to grabbing on to the techniques in this book as my only line of survival. For years I blamed the book for unleashing this on me, as if somehow it had released a mental virus that broke down my natural firewalls. However in recent years I have come to realize that what it broke down was my illusion. I discovered later techniques to make myself invulnerable to negs through love and understanding without judgement. This is the true antidote and can't be faked. I seem to remember that this is covered at the end of the book, but I was not ready for it. Sorry for such a personal review, but I have never read a book that literally entered my life and ripped me from my world.

I think the book is phenomenal and full of critical information, but some of the suggestions can get you into trouble. I have been under attack for a long time; an ancestral curse and current witchcraft being practiced by a relative who wants me dead. I used the extension cord method to clear a room and it was a HUGE mistake. That death curse was unleashed and has come at me full force, and now I'm fighting for my life. To make matters worse, it seemed to go into my cell phone- (yes, I know it sounds crazy)- and spread it's pestilence everywhere I went until I threw it into the river. Now what's left of my life is like some hideous horror movie. And I've inflicted this horror on almost everyone I know. The author will not respond to my inquiries. Can't find any help.

This book has helped me pull out of dark moods and a general dismal outlook, and stay in a much happier place. I've read a lot books on psychological self-help from various well known authors, Buddhist philosophy, alternative religion/spirituality and none of them has done for me what this book has accomplished. One day shortly after I started reading this book I slid into a dark mood with depressing thoughts. I let myself sink deeper and deeper and then thought, "let's see if this stuff really works." I said the core affirmation quietly, I was at work, and it was if a dark cloud was lifted and the sun shone, the mood was instantly dispelled. I know this sounds 'out there' for a lot of people. Whether this seems out there or not, if you have children and especially if they're having troubles please please please read this book. My own childhood and subsequent life would have been so much changed for the better had I the information provided by Robert Bruce, a small price for the book for a wealth of useful information.

I would recommend anyone interested in developing, or sharing, their intuitive abilities to read this book.
A lot of Lightworkers shy away from "dark" topics, but how better to help others than to protect yourself and teach them to do the same?
This book helped open my eyes to the depth of danger and signs of negative influence in both psychic work and daily living.
It also helped explain a lot of the confusing signs of negativity that have appeared in my readings for others and how it was affecting them. Now I know what I'm seeing and can share what I've learned from this book with the people I read for.

I had some strange problems and showed me how to helped fix them . The book has Good practical info and solutions with many of the authors own stories and experiments with these phenomena and fixes . He doesn't get sidetracked into mystics and spookyness but offers his own understanding of the origin of these energetic phenomena . So it doesn't frighten the reader with superstition and voodoo which could make matters worse by making the victim paranoid . I had things nipping at my skin and particularly feet souls in bed when sleeping and new it wasn't bugs . Also effective is 3 black tourmalines (and some other stones ) tied into panty hose and then slipped over feet to ankles for earthing .When the badies try and bight the energy is sucked out .
Your pets may also need attention to prevent these entities for staying around by feeding off their energy field .
Ps I don't take drugs .

The words negative and banishing are used far too much, even in the spirit world approval is sought. Yes, the methods of protection in this book will undoubtedly be helpful in understanding that such entities can and do affect our lives, but not once is the greatest method of combatting and transforming these energies mentioned. The power of love, the power of transmuting energy with the aid of 'light' beings. Where there is a negative there is always a positive on hand to help. I admit that I am not a 'sensitive', I end up helping my husband who is using prayer, intent and love. I was looking for something that would help me understand if the work I do for him and others is actually a recognised method and if there was a way to improve on it. I don't understand a lot, but I do understand that treating everything with respect and unconditional love is powerful. Banishing things does not deal with the problem it just sends it elsewhere for another unfortunate person to cope with. As a healer, I feel it should be about improving the dark world we live in and bringing in the 'light'. Other than that, it is a useful reference book for when defence rather than transmuting is the only answer.

Halfway through good tips, the author acknowledged some things that I so far hasn't seen anyone else do regarding different types of negatives.
You get some tips immediately so you don't have to read the whole book just to get to the actual help which I find as a huge plus and one I already have been using myself without knowing it's been a defence but Yes it does work.

About the author

I listened to Robert Bruce on a radio interview that's how I found the book in the first place. I found him genuine and honest and what made me trust and take his advice (buy the book) was the fact that he said he hasn't got the answer to all questions nor know everything and he's taking up what he found out has been working and not fabrication stories about things he doesn't know!

So all in all, No he doesn't know all and hasn't got the answer for absolutely everything but many enough to help a lot of people and I'd say buy this if you have these kinds of problems cos there's a pretty good chance you can get help through this book!

I have others but they are 90% cases and little solutions so 2 thumbs up for this one!
