This is a great story with all the juicy elements to keep the reader interested. There's mystery, intrigue, adult situations, religion, friend situations, social media, elderly parents... And more. So much happens in a short time frame yet the characters are well developed. Faith and the heroine's background play an integral role in the story as well.
The secondary characters provide insight into the main characters and are important, strong story elements. This is a great example of solid story telling. I hope there's more to the story. I have my popcorn for what happens next.
Really would be a good book if many of the situations had beggining and end. The author throws story over story and had a mess.
The parents problem against their son gay is a reality for many. The adoption is a sweet thing.
Their daughter, Misha is a woman with many issues and craziness in her life.
Davonta is too good to be true as well as his children. His ex, a crazy woman with a life that was messy too.
In overall give 2 stars are too much for the story. Parts were completely forced. The character development well, wasn't there. The day of the marriage was even complicated. And the end, all were happy and bite their things. Too incredible to be true
