any level of practitioner. The reflections on the Art of Tai Chi are bedrock
in my opinion. The author has spent a lot of time pondering this Art trying
to capture its worth and meaning which is not always easy to do.
I would recommend this book to any level of practitioner interested in
the philosophy on why we do the Art. No small task in my view. I have been
doing Tai Chi Chuan for over twenty years and it always surprises me.
Tai Chi is a mystery. Richard's extensive ponderings capture this mystery
in snap shots. These nuggets of gold will inspire any level of practice.
Truthfully, it is a book in confluence with my own thoughts on the Art.
If Tai Chi has become a full-time gig for you, I honestly believe this book
will appeal to you.
