Every time I read a book like this, I ask myself "will this book improve my programming skills and understanding?"
I am certain this book will improve programming understanding for everyone. Yet, I am not sure if it will really improve programming skills. The book has no programming exercises that helps the reader to inculcate the knowledge contained in this book into a solid learning experience.
Furthermore, the book doesn't get too much into algorithms. I can't say this is the best C# book I have ever read. But I can still recommend this book based on high quality writing and knowledge about practical C# programming explanations.
1)Good explanations of C# framework and architecture.
2)Short and succinct.
3)Good programmatic examples.
1)No programming exercises.
2)Very light on programmatic algorithms.
