So, you thought a peeler was just a peeler? Well - think again - because we would go so far as to say that these make peeling a pleasure!
This range of Ultra Sharp Precision Kitchenware peelers have been designed to create the thinnest slices of fruit and veg. This means no more wasting chunks of cucumber, carrots OR potatoes!
They're so sharp, even the tough skin of the dreaded butternut squash has met it's match!
Now, stop wasting time and effort preparing dishes with a knife. Simply glide the julienne blade down any vegetable and you will have perfect matchstick strips ready in seconds. There is nothing better for coleslaw, salads and stir frys. This means no more boring time spent chopping and cutting!! How great is that!?
Do you want to add new and exciting dishes to your diet? Thinking of trying to lose weight? Great, this is exactly what you're looking for!
Take "Zoodles" for example:
Use the julienne side of the peeler to cut zucchini, yellow squash and carrots into spaghetti like strands and sautee them with a little garlic and oil. This dish is not only healthy, low-carb, and paleo friendly, but it's also absolutely delicious!
On top of that, julienned vegetables go great with anything you grill, for example chicken or salmon. Drizzle a light sauce and you're in heaven!
As with all Precision Kitchenware products this is covered by our lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects! Please note, this does not cover wear and tear on the blades which is to be expected over the course of normal use.
Give these a try and start experiencing food in a whole new way. Click add to cart and we promise that you won't look back!

Those complaining of it getting clogged, I am at a loss. While there is certainly vegetable material in the slots while using it, I simply ignore that and keep going. Even if there are big pieces. It does not block or hinder function and clearing between swipes is a silly waste of time. You will understand what I mean when you try it.
On the topic of veggie noodles. This was the reason I bought it and this was the first time I ever made veggie noodles. I was a skeptic but bought it anyway. In my mind pasta sauce and zucchini noodles would taste like a deconstructed ratatouille. Since I love ratatouille I didn't care. But I was wrong. It tastes like pasta. Only fresher and lighter and much healthier. I can finish a big plate of 'pasta' and not feel overfilled. High fiber and water instead of heavy dough. It's a no brainer. Now if I can just figure out how to make veggie noodle ravioli
Carrots - 2-3 pounds
Garlic - 5-7 cloves
Olive Oil - 1/3 of the cup
Vinegar - 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice from 2 lemons
Coriander or curry mix - 1-2 tea spoons
Sea Salt - 1 tea spoon
Wash, peel and then slice carrots. Warm your your olive oil with vinegar until vinegar start to bubble, remove from the heat. Press garlic to the carrot, add spices and pour warm oil on top. Mix all of the ingredients. Leave for couple of hours to marinate (not necessary in the refrigerator ). Enjoy!
The first veggie I set out to peel was a sweet potato. Our old peeler would still be able to cut the sweet potatoes before it broke, there was still effort in it. This peeler peeled the potato so cleanly and effortlessly, it legitimately stopped mid-swipe because I thought for sure I didn’t put enough pressure to totally remove the skin in one swipe! The potato was no match, even with a slightly thicker skin, so that made us happy.
Then we found out mangos were on sale. Historically I’d either hack at a mango to get the skin off with the peeler, or honestly give up halfway through and use a knife. The sliminess of the mango paired with the amount of pressure required to pull the skin off with the old peeler is sometimes honestly more work than it’s worth at best, and dangerous at its worst if the peeler slipped. This peeler seemlessly And quickly peeled the entire mango with nearly no pressure and very little effort! To be honest for a while I stopped buying mangos just because they were a pain in the rear, but we’ve been enjoying super delicious and perfectly ripe mangos for the last couple weeks!
Obviously we used this for peeling potatoes for Thanksgiving, which it also excelled at.
This comes with a silicon-like sheath that you put it in when not in use so it doesn’t screw up what you put it in, as well as a tiny brush. This brush loses bristles if you put it through the wrong way or if you try to do any back-and-forth motion to clean the peeler with. We’ve only used it once, and it was more aggravating than it was worth. We wash it immediately after using it by hand and it’s been just fine.
One thing to note. While this does NOT bother us, the skin is not perfectly smooth when you peel it. The blade is serrated, and so when it peels things it looks zig-zaggy. This is barely noticeable, but if you were serving whole potatoes and presentation / non-zig-zaggy skins are of importance, you may want to look at other products.
