About the Author
Charles E. Gaudet II is the CEO of Predictable Profits, a leading marketing, coaching, and consulting company specializing in helping small businesses grow and become leaders in their markets.

But this book is the best I've seen from Charles. He should be very proud of what he has accomplished.
The single most valuable take away bite for me was the "Value proposition." I put it to use today!
Next, the many, many, concrete, real life, examples of what others have done will be able to be mined for their value, and returned to again and again.
After reading thes book many will never, ever, ever, ever, compete on the basis of price. And Charles explains why in detail.
Charles might shock you with his posting titled: "The Dangers of Being 'Good' (and why it's okay to sleep with your customers!)"
Before you run off with the wrong idea here's Charles' explanation:
"That's right!--I sleep with every one of my customers. I go to bed with men/women--hey, I don't discriminate--and I suggest you do as well.
I go to bed with every one of my cusomers on my mind and ask myself: 'What can I do to provide my customers with a greater benefit and advantage to help them get closer to the ultimate result they are after?' "
Highly Recommended! The best book on the subject in a long time, and I've read quite a few.
It was in business school that I heard the CEO of Callaway Golf say “Learn on Someone Else’s Bicycle”. Charles has painstakingly compiled the many successes and failures of business elites and laid them out in this book. He has provided the bike, now all you need to do is take it out for a spin.
The Predictable Profits Playbook shows how the biggest names in business prove these principles wrong. This book forces you to stop looking at business in a traditional manner. Gaudet shows you how to get ahead by using the sometimes obscure clues successful entrepreneurs and executives leave behind. The insights and advice shared in this book will cause you to rethink conventional business "wisdom."
Gaudet's advice changed the way I think about my business and even the guidance I give to clients.
Bottom line this is a must read if you want to grow your business, make more money with your business, make your employees more money in your business and so many other items.
I can't wait for the next book that Charles Gaudet III is going to write!
