Some minor creasing during shipment, Hasn't affected it's ability to be non-stick. Comparable to the Excalibur's dehydrator sheets, but not the same...would buy them again. So far everything has been easy to clean off, run under warm water, and wipe in one direction holding down edge to prevent more creasing. Excalibur's sheets are about the same thickness, but have a smidge more silicone type coating on them, which so far doesn't seem to make a differance on dry time, "stick-less-ness", or crease resistance. I gave 4 stars because of how easy they are to crease, that I believe it will lead to decreased "stick-resistance". I would also give the Exclibur brand 4 stars for same reason.(I have used them 7-8 times each, will try to update if I notice a differance in the next few months)

UPDATE: 3/20/2013
While I haven;t used in past 2 months(due to moving), I have used both brands of sheets equally. Both have held up well to probably another 25-30 uses and washings, plus move across the US(movers can be rather destructive). Favorite uses are sun(less)dried tomatoes (I sprinkle galic powder, and rub with fresh basil(I leave the basil in to dry with it too.)....Mmmmm! 2nd is yogurt and fruit drops, Plain yogurt mixed with a little mashed banana, and strawberry in teaspoonfulls all over...YUM!!

These non-stick sheets were a little different from what I was expecting when I ordered them. These sheets are thinner than most non-stick sheets I've seen and used, though since they're sized for a dehydrator it works. Unlike the brand-name product, I probably wouldn't use these for baking because they're so flimsy. They do the job, however, and most dried food comes off after dehydrating (the rest comes off after a good soak). Since they're so flimsy, they're a bit difficult to clean, but that's a problem with most non-stick sheets.

These sheets are really best for things like fruit leathers, though due to uneven drying, you need to make sure the puree in the center is thinner than at the edges. Also, unlike wrapping the drying trays in plastic wrap, you can't quite go all the way to the edges since there's a miniscule gap through which juices can drip. It's not so great for drying whole or partial fruits and veggies, since the underside takes longer to dry because the sheets are solid, not mesh like the default dehydrator trays.

Overall, I'm glad for the purchase, but will probably go name-brand next time.

Excalibur included one of their dehydrator sheets with my new machine but their prices for additional sheets are shocking. Trusting in the good reviews I read on Amazon for Premium Non-Stick Dehydrator Sheets, I decided to try them. They've been put to a lot of use with this fall's harvest of thousands of cherry tomatoes & what seemed like a ton of pureed winter squashes. These sheets are workhorses, every bit as sturdy as the wildly expensive brand name sheet. They lie flat on the racks, clean up quick & simply, food peels right off. I store them on the racks in the machine when I'm not dehydrating. I am very pleased with these dehydrating sheets and appreciate their affordability.

If you're into dehydrating, this is a must-have product. These sheets fit my Excalibur Dehydrator trays perfectly. They also clean very easily. The company sent tips on how to store and clean them, such as rinsing them with water only and storing them in the bottom of the dehydrator. All good ideas. Although, I store mine in the tube they came in, rolled up. The only problem with any non-stick dehydrator sheet is the propensity to crease. Just handle with care and all will be well.

I made fruit leather on them so far and it made flipping the leather mid-way a breeze.

These work perfectly every time! I really adore using them. I do spread a teeny bit of oil on them before spreading out my ingredients if I'm making a flat bread or crackers. Everything peels right off perfectly.

delicious!

I have a few of the Excalibur Sheets and I bought this 5 pack as the brand name ones are so expensive. I've used both side by side for a while now and I have to say these are not as good.

These do work, but I found foods did stick more to these then to the ones that came with my dehydrator. I was drying cucumber slices and the Excalibur sheets didn't stick at all. These had a few pieces on each sheet that I couldn't get off without washing them. These are just a bit thinner and a bit less non-stick. The pro is that these are a lot cheaper. Clean up is about the same.

I'm considering getting more of the excalibur brand as I am doing a lot of dehydrating this summer and the original sheets are really better. These will work if you're doing occasional dehydrating and don't mind a little sticking but if you are using your Excalibur all the time, I think the brand sheets are better.

These are definitely thinner and more flimsy than the name brand--or even than the off brand that came with the refurbished dehydrator I got on Ebay. They are stained after the first use--a problem I never had with the others.

I've had these sheets for over 4 years, and they are still in good shape. At the time, I bought them because they were inexpensive, but they have held up really well with frequent use. They are kind of a pain to clean in the sink - I find it easier to just wipe them off on the flat countertop. If you can afford it, the fancy silicone ones are a little nicer looking, and less floppy, but these work just as well.
