I have been using MCT oil consistently for about 18 months. I usually opt for a 32oz size for the house and its fine...albeit messy (not matter what I do). I have changed my lifestyle to include intermittent fasting therefore I need to add a product that could be conveniently taken on the go. I had heard about SuperBody products through the keto community but had never tried it. It was available in travel packets so that worked for my needs.
The product arrived in a timely manner in the time frame promised. It is convenient, clean and does what it promises. I will say the first day or two I got a bit of a headache after drinking it. I can't say why but that subsided in a day or two and it was back to biz as usual. I appreciate having this product available to help me achieve my personal health goals.

Burning Sensation in Throat

Not sure why, but this product literally left a burning sensation in my throat and the throat of my husband. I tried the product straight, and my husband diluted his in hot tea. I've tried the Brain Octane Fuel many times and did not have this affect. There is a no refund/return policy, so know that before purchasing this product. Attempted to contact the seller almost 4 days ago without a response.

Update: Seller refunded money within a few days following the initial post. Satisfied.

MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) is something I used religiously while on a fat loss plan. It is a good fat and helps with digestion aka regularity. When you are on a food plan that might cause constipation the MCT can help keep things going. When I was using it at that time I also added apple cider vinegar and drank it like a shot. So I am back to doing that now. I know it is used in the bulletproof coffee but I’m not much of a coffee drinker. When I would get hunger pains it definitely calmed those down too. Like many things that are good for us we sometimes stray from them. I recently was reading an article and it helped me remember the benefits of MCT and realized I needed to get back to using it regularly. I was happy to find this brand because of the convenient travel packs. Trying to transport a bottle of MCT oil would be a hassle and if it broke or spilled just think of the mess. Since getting MCT back into my routine I think having the added GOOD fat in my system has helped in more ways than I expected. Put it this way not just putting lotion and oil on your skin but allowing the MCT to lubricate from within is a great idea.
Along with the benefits I am experiencing I am excited about the benefits I have read it has that are probably going on inside my body and I don’t even realize it…Like heart health, the antioxidant benefits and I like the idea that it can help my metabolism. Remember I read an article recently so all this is fresh in my brain and I figure I should share with those who may not know.

I like this products--convenient packets and tasteless. I liked that while I am on a KETO plan I can use Brain Brew for more frequent BMs. Otherwise I am constipated! I have more energy now. I did get a little nauseas and dizzy at first, and I did not know that this products can cause that because it is getting rid of yeast and toxins in your system. That is what one review said! I do not know if it is the truth or not, but I feel better now and love this!

I've used MCT oil prior to purchasing these packets. It was difficult to carry around some type of container with an oily liquid. When I traveled and needed to add MCT to my coffee I'd usually take a container with me and pray that it didn't spill. With the travel size packets take MCT with me has been very easy. The MCT oil itself is great and can be added to my drinks when I'm on the go. I'd definitely give this a try, even if it's just for the ease of throwing something in your bag as you walk out the door.
