I poured over tons of reviews for leggings because it’s not always easy to find the material and fit I’m looking for. I’m 5’8” (mostly leg) and 160 (mostly in the “mom” areas), and I don’t have a standard mannequin shape. My legs are long and skinny, I have hips but no ass, and my waistline is way higher than average. I wear a size 12-14 in jeans just to avoid the appearance of love handles, but the thigh and butt is always way too loose. Pants are hard!
I received these leggings today and they fit perfectly out of the package. They’re a nice stretch jersey in a matte black. They are a little loose around the ankle, but my ankles are child sized so it’s hard to complain. They don’t have a control top element, and the waistline is stretchy enough to avoid fluffy dents. I have had to pull them up a few times, but not so much that they feel like they’re falling off. They do collect lint fairly easily and my dog and cats’ hair are already mocking me from my knees, but that’s a price I’m willing to pay for leggings that don’t snag or run.
Overall, I really like them.
