I knocked a star off because there were spelling errors and a couple descriptions of yoga poses were a bit challenging to visualize without a picture. But that is my own personal ocd.
I would advise people looking for alternate techniques to ease the pain of birthing to read this book.
I have read books on Prenatal yoga with just pictures and vague descriptions of the poses, I have also read books about what not to do and anatomical pregnant yoga. This book explores all elements and is a must have for anyone seriously into practicing or teaching prenatal yoga.
The pictures of the author showing the poses were beautiful, adding a personal touch and perspective to the whole work.
Well done Candice! : )
