About the Author

Bryan C. Ginter is a California-licensed family law attorney and mediator. Mr. Ginter owns Ginter Family Law, a law firm based out of Northern California. Mr. Ginter received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management in 1995 from Quinnipiac University, located in Hamden, Connecticut, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 2004 from McGeorge School of Law, located in Sacramento, California. Since 2006, Mr. Ginter has limited his law practice to only family law. Early in his family law career, Mr. Ginter became trained in, and started practicing, non-adversarial (out-of-court) methods for resolving family law disputes, including such matters as divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. In addition to receiving many hours of training in litigation, collaborative law and mediation, Mr. Ginter held the position of vice co-chair of the Sacramento Pro Bono Mediation Group (previously disbanded) and he has guest-lectured at Sacramento State University on the topic of mediation.
