This past weekend I was able to put this tow strap to the test. I four door sedan had wedged itself inside a drainage ditch and up along the side in a very vertical manner. I backed my Subaru WRX up to the vehicle, attached the strap to my tow eye, and then around the stranded vehicles front cross member. On first attempt the car did not budge. I reverse and then punch a little extra gas and the car popped out of the ditch and back onto flat ground. I never once felt the tow strap was under any sort of undue distress.
Will be ordering another one for my girlfriends SUV.
