About the Author

Andrew Kreig, the Washington, DC-based author is an attorney, consultant, radio host, and widely published investigative journalist who has been listed since the mid-1990s in "Who's Who In America" and "Who's Who In the World." The book grew out of the author's work leading the Justice Integrity Project, a non-partisan legal reform group that investigates suspected official misconduct in political prosecutions and similar injustices. Previously, Kreig was President/CEO of the Wireless Communications Association from 1996 to 2008 in its worldwide advocacy to create a wireless broadband industry. He holds degrees from Yale Law School and the University of Chicago School of Law, and a b.a. in history from Cornell University. In 1987, he authored "Spiked: How Chain Management Corrupted America’s Oldest Newspaper," a pioneering case study of changes affecting the news industry. He has lectured on communications issues on five continents, and co-hosted "MTL Washington Update," a weekly public affairs radio show for more than six years. Well documented and written, more relevant than ever

I liked the detailed background on prominent American political figures and the even-handed perspective of the author. For example, the book, written during the run-up to the 2012 presidential election, sheds needed light on the sources of financial support and core ideologies of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan--relevant now as Romney has reanimated his political career as a US Senator and Trump critic. The sections on President Barak Obama include detailed and plausible arguments on his ties to the CIA during his rise to power. Yet this book is hardly a partisan hit job, as the author points out CIA ties to other candidates and levels charges of hypocrisy against the "birther" attack raised against Obama, given that other foreign born candidates (John McCain and George Romney) got a pass on this issue.

"Conformity" is the difficulty in maintaining our own beliefs in the face of others. Andrew Kreig has written a counterintuitive and highly skeptical book about Obama even as he lives and trucks among American journalists in Washington. It's a heavily patrolled conformist environment. How long before he is pushed to the margins, his phone calls unanswered, his entrance to a room greeted by sympathetic eyes?

I have long maintained that prior to election of our presidents, they are selected. But in 2008, after eight years of George W. Bush, I was fatigued. I turned off my pilot light and fell into the wishing well of the hope and change. I saw the events in Grant Park in November of 2008 as a groundswell of populism, maybe even an uprising.

Within weeks, Obama had appointed Geithner to Treasury, signaling "no change" to Wall Street. Reappointment of Robert Gates at Defense signaled "no hope" to those parts of the world suffering under U.S. military attack. I came to my senses. Another president had been selected.

Andrew Krieg's Presidential Puppetry is the beginning of a counter-history - after Obama's presidency the usual suspects will line up to write 'thoughtful' books about his eight years. They will miss every important detail, as they are paid to do. They will hone his profile for Mt. Rushmore.

But Obama is as Ralph Nader described him shortly after assuming office, a "con man." Kreig has dug into his murky past, his mother's stint in Indonesia during the massacre of the 60's that left as many as a million corpses. What was she doing there, really? His academic records are hidden from view. His State Department passport records were hacked, most likely by his own agents. The man has Intelligence Operative written all over him.

His birth certificate never mattered to me, but I was curious why the Tea Party appeared on the scene as it did. Kreig discusses such AstroTurf phenomenon with clarity. It is perception management, nothing more. Such wild-eyed right-wing opposition to Obama is "political cover," allowing him to carry forth with the NeoCon agenda as we discuss trivia.

Presidential Puppetry came along too late for me, I could have used it in 2008, before The One took hold of my senses.

Kreig also does a good job of undressing the charlatan Mitt Romney. He discusses Joe Biden, Benghazi, Rove and Petraeus. It's all interesting. He brings intelligent skepticism. The bibliography alone is worth the price, a rich trove of resources.

Highly recommended.

Accomplished author Andrew Kreig, a Golden Glove boxer, like deceased Watergate Judge John Sirica, knows you never deal with anyone in D.C. without first delivering the sting of a left jab or right cross. His research identifies the Presidential puppets, puppeteers and the strings that connect them. Romney the Mormon church and 1%'ers that didn't get in on the Bush/Cheney looting of the US Treasury surplus, 9-11 and their $30 billion+ unaccounted for pallets of cash to 'rebuild Iraq' (well maybe the House of Saud counted it to buy more weapon systems and US pols)... Obama the Chicago Pritzker family and the moguls in media disinformation...All contenders kneel to the instructions of the Bilderberger Group, Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission as enforced by the CIA, FBI, military intelligence and academic operatives...in effect, US elections are rigged to achieve a pre-determined agenda, with opponents prosecuted by the US Injustice Dept. in search of a crime and whistleblowers held hostage in fear for their families lives...federal agencies buying millions of rounds of ammo and cops gunning down innocent unarmed young men... a totalitarian state, the US of Murder Inc., America today is living the legacy of the JFK coup d'état and the fraudulent appointment of a President in 2000 by the Supreme Court.
Mr. Kreig states there is hope for a change to integrity in the justice system and accountability in the electoral process and actions of the executive and legislative branches of government. Individual citizens must take an active role in a democracy or lose it.

Note: In chapter 5, researching the Obama-Dunham family, the author references the analysis of a conservative Boston U. professor, Dr. Angelo Codevilla, in respect to other, more liberal, biographers conclusions that the entire family was very much a part of national security, banking and intelligence related to CIA operations in Asia, Indonesia and Pakistan. The prof's Claremont Inst. publication, The Chosen One, was removed from the author's end notes, but Mr. Kreig quotes Dr. Codevilla as writing that the entire family did "seem to have been well connected, body and soul, with the U.S. government's then-extensive and well-financed trans-public-private influence operations." Presidential Puppetry is as fresh and cutting-edge today as the day it was printed. The 139 pages of bibliography, notes and sources give testament to the exceptionally eclectic research and insight. Andrew Kreig is a genius at connecting the dots.
Given the current unprecedented Trump/Biden fiasco, Andrew Kreig proves the players change but the puppetry games are the same; now even more so.
In asking Andrew Kreig about what “Puppetry” has transpired in the current administration, he responded; “There are, of course, many current applications of the documented but still little known “Puppetry” revelations showing how hidden hands helped propel top American officials to power, while of course beholden to their sponsors.”
“One obvious example is current U.S. Attorney Gen. William Barr, whose first career as a CIA officer helping U.S. China envoy and future CIA Director and President George H. W. Bush fits a pattern of deep intrigue under the color of law extending from the eras of JFK assassination and Iran-Contra cover-ups right to present times.”

Fascinating Journey Into the Background Of US Politics

A rare case of non-partisan investigative journalism at its best, you will find here much you have been missing in the mainstream media. Even if the main actors portrayed have left the political stage, it is fascinating and most instructive to learn about the casting process for the actors, how they are groomed by the various interest groups, how much the media image differs from the reality of the persons.

Based on solid and comprehensive research - well annotated - this book is no cheap shot at "those in Washington" but almost like an engineers manual to the political machine that pretends to be "of the people, by the people, for the people" but in reality is only serving the interests in the background, the rich and/or well connected. And if enough voters understand these mechanics - just maybe - there is hope for a reworking of this mechanism - to actually work for the benefit of the people as a whole.

In akribischer Kleinarbeit wurden vom Journalisten und Rechtsanwalt Andrew Kreig über 1000 Quellen zusammengestellt und ausgewertet. Dieser Quellennachweis ist insbesondere auf Kindle eine zusätzliche Hilfe und recht bequem, weil man mit einem Klick zum entsprechenden Zeitungsartikel oder Youtube Video gelangt.

Es geht um die genaue Aufarbeitung des Lebens der beiden Präsidenten Bush, Obama, sowie Präsidentschaftskandidaten wie Mitt Romney und einiger weiterer Personen, der gerade zu Ende gehenden Zeitgeschichte, sowie der Hauptfrage, wer hier eigentlich die Puppenspieler sind und die Fäden in den Händen halten.

Viele Fakten sind an sich nicht neu, jedoch im Zusammenhang erzählt, eröffnen sie gänzlich neue Einsichten.

Wußten Sie, daß die Anthrax Attentate kurz nach dem 9/11 auf interne Machenschaften der Bush Administration zurückzuführen sind? Es wurde dafür ein Sündenbock gesucht, gefunden und erstaunlicherweise ist er schnell gestorben – nur nicht freiwillig. Der Zweck der Anthrax Attentate war die Einführung des „Patriot Act“, der die globale Überwachung durch die NSA und ihrer Helfershelfer in ihrer Totalität überhaupt erst ermöglich hat.

Wußten Sie, daß sich sehr viele hochrangige Personen an den Überwachungsmaßnahmen, wie z.B. den Durchsuchungsmaschinen an den Flughäfen schamlos bereichern? Ebenso wie durch Bereitstellung der Maschinen zur Stimmabgabe, deren Software und Auswertung? De facto haben US-Amerikanische Wahlbeobachter keine Chance mehr diesen Betrug aufzudecken. Die Berichtserstattung über die o.g. Fakten wurde massivst unterdrückt, dank der Tatsache, daß die meisten Zeitungen und Fernsehanstalten in privaten Händen sind, eben den Puppenspielern gehören.

Die ausufernde und totalitäre Beobachtung dient schon lange nicht primär der Terrorismusabwehr, sondern der Unterdrückung der freien Meinungsäußerung mit dem Ziel eines kollektiven Gewahrsams, um die Machtgelüste und Bereicherung von Wenigen durch die Unterdrückung von Vielen zu gewährleisten. Erinnert uns das an etwas? Ja leider an das Nazi- und Stasi Deutschland.

Den Puppenspielern ist es übrigens nicht sonderlich wichtig, wer die Wahlen gewinnt, denn sie haben ihre Marionetten in ausreichender Zahl in beiden Lagern (Demokraten und Republikanern gleichermaßen) auf das ihr Wohlergehen auf immer gesichert ist.

Dieses Buch sollte als Pflichtlektüre für alle Politiker dienen, um jetzt vielleicht doch noch endlich souverän zu handeln und dem totalitärem Faschismus made in USA Einhalt zu gebieten denn es könnte sehr bald zu spät sein.

Wenn die gewählten Volksvertreter nicht handeln, weil sie bereits zu den Puppen gehören oder schlicht korrupt sind, so ist es an den Menschen wieder einmal aufzustehen und für Freiheit, Gerechtigkeit und Brüderlichkeit zu kämpfen.
