    When I first started making them I thought, this is going to be easy- you use the outside to make the cutouts, put them inside, place the filling then press together, right? Nah, at least I had a lot of trouble. I tried spray but that didn't help, it was still difficult to get out in one piece. Maybe I'm just an idiot but I am an avid baker and assumed these should work that way. At any rate, I used the outsides to make the cutout shapes, placed the one without holes on the tray, placed filling on that bottom piece, covered it with another and then pressed the mold down. It worked SO much better. I just had to make sure I did not put too much filling.
