Also it only took me 30 minutes to completely assemble it w/ only help from my 4 year old. It is very good quality wood, even my dad complimented the wood and design and he does wood working. He estimated it would cost between $75-$90 for all of the materials and then hours of work so we opted to purchase one versus making him construct one for us.
Big fans here!
As a tip for those who're having trouble getting the sliding bottom piece out, just take a candle and rub it along the parts of wood that slide along the track at the bottom. Make sure you really get enough wax on there, and viola! It slides out super easy peazy.
The one thing I would change is the floor in the little room. The bunnies love to be in there, but the wood was soaked in urine by the next day. I fixed the problem by cutting the front piece off of a medium-sized kitty litter pan and then wedging the pan into the space. I then add shavings and a top layer of straw. Having two removable parts is even more convenient, and only takes a few minutes to empty the bottom hutch pan and the kitty litter pan every day. The wood floor stays nice and clean, and the bunnies have a dry place to hang out.
We also added a heat lamp that hangs above that area to keep bunnies warm on cold days. :) The hutch is plenty big enough for my two English Angoras, though they do also get to play in a big backyard every day unless it's really rainy.
Anyways, if you're looking for a quality hutch at a decent price, this one is pretty great.
