These reviews are all mixed together- too bad as it is kind of hard to figure out if anyone likes the onion powder. I went ahead with purchasing it, so I can say.. Oh my.. yes. This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for- a strong, pungent, tasty onion powder. I have had way too many, even organic that barely provide any flavor. Once you have a good onion powder it is so disappointing to have anything else. My last container from another company was good, and we used it up so quickly. I wasn't going to be back to that store in awhile and I knew I had to order some soon rather than do without. I decided to try this brand. I think I am biased toward Indian spices, and so I hoped that this onion powder would be really good. IT IS!! It is the best I have had yet!! It is well packaged- has a freshness/safety seal- I opened it up immediately upon arrival and the aroma was just gorgeous smelling. I took a little out to try, and was absolutely delighted on how much the flavor lit up my taste buds. As many seasonings I like to use, I go through a lot of onion powder. Something about a good onion powder is just so versatile and adds a special flavor. MMMmMmmMmMm.
I purchased this in July 2019, with a best by date of January 2021. Plenty of time-- I'll likely have it used up within 6 months. or by end of week, haha
