From the Manufacturer
PRIER residential hydrants are the finest quality available. Made from heavy cast brass patterns, copper tubing with stainless steel and aluminum accessories, these hydrants are designed, built and tested to last for the life of your plumbing system. PRIER stems are made with heavy brass ends and are secured at the handle and at the seat with long wearing ACME threads. Since we secure our stem at both ends of the valve, we can manufacture a hydrant to virtually any length and not encounter problems associated with stem seating, rattling, or noise under flow. PRIER offers eight different residential models with as many as seven standard inlet options, twelve standard lengths and options for custom lengths and plating finishes. We make variety and customization a priority at PRIER so you can have the valve you need, when you need it.

If you have low water pressure at your house, there is a chance this spigot will work for you. If you live at a house like mine and you buy this spigot, you will end up returning it and going through all the hassle of doing your entire project over again. Worth the risk? I think not...
I am used to Woodford brand that are a standard turn a few turns to open all the way, the 1/4 turn is great. And I didn't read the description well enough (translation... I read the reviews...not the description!) to realize the handle was rubberized and is a bit bigger than normal--- both are great to have.
After securing it to the wall and plumbing it in... turned the water on and was good to go. Definitely would recommend and will be installing at least 2-3 more of them as I replace old and outdated valves. One I am definitely going to use a mixing valve for warm water in the fall/winter/spring to wash cars... no more running hoses through the house.
Breaker valve went bad and began spaying water everywhere. This is a heavy duty product however not satisfied with problems so early. Plumber installed therefore not practical to return.
This is the first quarter-turn faucet that I have and still trying to get to use it. This faucet knob allow fast ON and OFF, not intended for fine control of water flow.
