I was introduced to this product by my son. He was purchasing it from Publix. It is so delicious that he got irritated with me for eating it all (not all at one time...the mayo kept shrinking in the bottle). So, I purchased 4 more bottle from Amazon and it is the same GREAT mayo that my son was bringing home from that wonderful shopping experience called Publix! I highly recommend it...if not for anything else...FOR THE TASTE. My favorite "go-to" meal is medium fried eggs (I flip them in the frying pan) on thin pieces of wheat bread (easily found in the supermarket), with my Avocado Mayo (photo above) on each slice as I make two open-faced sandwiches. On each side of the bread after applying the above Mayo on the entire slice up to and including on the edges of the bread, I put a thin slice of onion (about 1/8" U.S.), a nice slice of tomato on top of the onion and my fried egg (2, one on each round thin bread...each slice of the bread is only about 3" in diameter; I am sure you've seen it at the store). mmmmmmm...it is so YUMMY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS "AVOCADO MAYO". Of course, I know that we each have our own tasting sensations, so if I were you, trying it for the first time, heck Amazon's return policy on this product; however, I actually do not believe you will want to return it.

It inspired to make my own mayo, which takes about 3 minutes, is fresh and unpasturized, delicious, and with only a small pulse food processor, 1 whole egg, a cup of avocado oil, a dash of lemon, cider vinegar, and herbs of my choice.

I decided to give primal Kitchen Paleo Approved Mayonaise another try. I just couldn't accept that this company was knowing distributing a rancid product And I was right.

I reached out to the company and told them my experience. I gave them the expiration information etc. off the jar.

And they confirmed it was not expired. But rather Paleo has a stronger taste different from conventional mayonaise. Slightly more vinegar like. So I tried it again with an open mind. I also tried their spicy version.

This time it was much better. But what really flipped my review was using it In my recipes, like chicken schnitzel. It was amazing. The chicken tasted dicilous but was still very moist and tender. Instead of dipping in eggs and bread crumbs, I coated the chicken with Primal Kitchen mayo, then costed in bread crumbs. I also lightly salted; instead of deep frying, in pan seared the coated chicken in a very small amount of oil and freshly dried Rosemary herbs.

I should tell you I'm a bitvif a home chef. And I tryvtobused only the best ingredients. I'm alwsys looking for new wholesome healthy nongmo ingredients; and so I was over the moon how simple and how delicious this turned out. Now This is a keeper in my kitchen from now on.

And thank you to J. at Primal for hearing my concern as a customer and assuring if the products high quality and the surprise gift.

You all got it right.

I would just say to other folks who also didn't originally like the taste, well I learned too that it does not taste like the those commercial brands. So if that is your point of reference, try it again with a clean slate.

I can't even remember the ingredients on this but I do remember that I liked how it tasted! I love Chipotle Style dressings and this was perfect for spreading on sandwiches or using as a dip for chicken. Ok so here's the thing.... I tried the two pack of the avocado oil mayo and the mayo with the orange lid ...I cant remember what it's called...
a long time ago.

The first experience I had was very bad and i gave it a two star. It took almost a month to ship out to me and the avocado mayo was separated and it grossed me out so i threw it away. The other one was just ok and i ended up throwing that out as well a couple weeks later.

This time, I just ordered the avocado oil mayo and it did not come separated this time so I got to try it and it's actually not bad. It doesnt taste like real mayo just so you know but I would definitely buy it again. The shipping was MUCH faster this time. Only took a day to get and the packing was great, very well protected.

So with that I'm giving it a 3 star review.

Its expensive
Sometimes you get product that is separated
Sometimes it takes a long time to get
Other times it's only a day to receive
Its packed very well

It kind of seems like a coin toss on the product from my point of view. I'll update my review if I order it agin and let you know.
