Anyways, great book. My advice would be just to eyeball the ingredient list and if it looks close to what you've been eating so far on your low carb diet, it's probably safe to make despite saying 20 carbs a serving.
There is a picture for every recipe (which is really important) and the book materials are very strong. I wouldn't be too concerned if I accidentally spilled/splashed something onto the pages. And the text is printed large enough to where you can read your recipe without having to drop what you're doing. This really makes this diet thing easier.
