How are books chosen?

Each box features books our customers love and our Amazon Book Editors couldn't forget. Our Editors read thousands of books every year to find selections your reader will enjoy again and again. You'll discover new releases, classics, and hidden gems tailored to your reader's age.

Where does Amazon Book Box ship? Do I have to pay for shipping?

Amazon Book Box is currently available in the United States, and ships free to all subscribers, with the exception of Puerto Rico where subscribers will receive Standard Shipping.

How will I be charged for Amazon Book Box?

You will be charged each time a box ships. The subscription will continue until canceled. You can cancel the subscription at any time in Your Memberships & Subscriptions.

How do I make changes to the books in my box?

During signup, you can swap the books in your first box. For future boxes, you will receive a preview email. You will have 5 days to review and swap books by clicking “Make changes to this box” in the email, or in Your Memberships & Subscriptions.

How do I skip a box or change the delivery frequency my subscription?

You can skip a box and change the frequency in Your Memberships & Subscriptions.

Can I return books I receive in Amazon Book Box?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with one or more of the books received in your Amazon Book Box, you are able to return any item in your box within 30 days of delivery. To return, locate the book(s) in Your Orders and click the “Return item” button.
