Now, the last thing I want to point out is something important as a Christian coming from the reformed tradition. What I take to be the most important aspect of this work is that Dr. Gerstner (God rest his soul) dispels a lot of misconceptions concerning the Calvinist' notion of free will. A lot of charges have been brought forward against Calvinistic thinking in this area (such as pure determinism) and this book certainly helps a great deal in correcting such false accusations.
