I love this dispenser! I was somewhat apprehensive before i purchased it based on the negative reviews.

The local water is awful where i live.
I was buying so much bottled water every week.
I don't even let my pets drink the tap water, we were going through bottled water like crazy!

I have the dispenser in my kitchen. It’s not loud, it makes some noise when dispensing water that’s about it. You can use crystal springs water jugs (one review said primo only). I take the 5 gallon jugs to my local Publix & fill them for $1.75 for 5 gallons. The hot water comes out at a good temperature, i use it to make my tea. I would recommend this dispenser. My family loves it & asked me why I didn’t buy this sooner!

My only complaint about this dispenser is its a bit noisy, both dispensing and cooling/ heating. Not a huge issue, by any means. We keep ours in the laundry room, so it doesn't matter, but it is useful info if you plan to keep it in the kitchen or dining area. We have used it with both 5 and 3 gallon jugs without issue. The hot water is piping hot, and has the convenient safety feature button to prevent accidental burns. Cool water is pretty cold and cold water is really cold.

Had a previous version of this cooler with just the hot/cold options that I gave away after enjoying it for 4 years... Not entirely sure I really ever need the cool temp water but I LOVE the addition of the optional light on the pouring area. This style is easy to load, super quiet, reliable and nice to look at too! We use it for cooking water (rice, pasta, sauces etc.) as well as general drinking water. (water bottles, coffee etc.)

Primo was fantastic in helping re-route the shipment when it was headed to the wrong address. I doubt I'll need another cooler for a very long while - but definitely recommend this one : )

You know one of those things you don't know you're missing until you have them? This is it! I've always been dissatisfied with the taste of my fridge filtered water and didn't want to buy disposable water bottles. This dispenser is great and used daily. The cold water is COLD! And the hot water, hot enough for my tea and my husband's coffee. The only critique I can give is that the cool water, middle button of the dispenser, dispenses cold water and not cool, but other than that? 10 stars! Works great and my whole family enjoys it.

Does not work for long

I have owned 2 of these. The 1st stop about 6 months after purchase. Kept flash the water jug was empty when it had 1/2 of a 5 gal jug of water. So it would not dispense the water. I just thought I had a defective one. It was to late to return.

The 2nd one lasted longer. 18 months. About 1 month before it stopped working my daughter said it was shaking crazy. Not just the normal rumble of it pumping the water up. I purchased it Dec. 22, 2022, June 2024 the cold water stopped working and July 4th, 2024 hot and room temperature stopped working. It makes me mad because I could have just gotten a gravity water dispenser but I payed 3x the about and got this one. Not once but twice and once again it is to late for my money back.

Tired of constantly buying water filters for your tiny refrigerator pitcher, AND having to clean the pitcher? We were. GET THIS. SO WORTH IT. So easy to use and looks really nice in the kitchen. You do have to purchase the self-refillable 5 gallon jugs once (they are somewhere between $12 and $18 each) at your nearest Primo station, but then each refill after that is like $2. Again, worth it over time. You can also have either room temp, scalding hot, or very cold water whenever you want, AND turn off those functions if you don't use them. There is even a light for nighttime. SO NICE. The ONE thing I am sad about is the amount of space you have to place your mug/cup underneath--I often fill big/awkward things like my coffee pot or a pot for cooking and it is easy to spill because you can't put it in any further, but if you just watch and be careful it's fine. I hope this helps.
