The only part that is the same between the 110 and the 100 is the CO2 tank - which is the same specifications as a 20 oz CO2 paintball canister. The bottle, caps, and cover for the CO2 compartment are different between the both machines. If someone already owns a 100 and buys a 110, they will be disappointed if they expected parts to be interchangeable. The 110 also stands slightly taller than the 100. The 100 has red color on the pressure release button - but the 110 is all gray,
I own two of the 100s and 3 of the 110s. Both 100s suffer from the release valve getting stuck open. The 100 also suffers because there is only one sized bottle available for it - and that is the 1/2 liter. Thankfully, the 110 can fit a larger 1 L bottle, but this has to be purchased separately.
The 110 uses a quicker bayonet mounting system that takes a 1/4 turn to attach the bottle. The 100 uses a screw system. The CO2 for the 110 mounts by screwing an included adapter onto the CO2 tank, then clipping the CO2 tank + adapter into the back of the machine. There are some metal and plastic parts in the interface - this is much better than the 100 that screws the tank directly into the machine and the 100 mounting interface is constructed from all plastic.Read more ›
The model 100 had some poor reviews but this model seemed to have good ones, so I bought the last one available on Amazon. (There are more available on the popular web auction sites.)
This model 110 used the same size gas bottle so I now have two extra gas bottles and an extra bottle adapter.
Be advised that this is a discontinued product. Parts are pretty much nonexistent. The warranty may be useless, too, because Primo no longer makes or sells them.

The bottles have an expiration date on them (I think it's three years after the manufacturing date) after which you're not supposed to use them because the pressurization can cause the bottle to catastrophically fail. Since the bottles have a proprietary mounting feature to attach to the Flavorstation if you can't get a bottle you can't use the machine.
The Flavorstation comes with a half liter bottle which is convenient for mixing up a small batch of flavored soda (SodaStream flavors are available everywhere) but eventually you may wish you had some liter bottles.
We really enjoy our Flavorstation but I will have to try to use the bottles past their expiration date and keep an eye out for cracks in the plastic.

Save your money. This thing blows bubbles, but carbonates nothing. Buy an aquarium pump and watch it make bubbles. Same result and a lot cheaper.Published 1 month ago by Rock Hill Resident
