Rather long, detailed and parts are rather tedious. There is a certain amount of Diana-bashing, and much less for Charles. It is a long book, 352 pages, and very detailed. The book covers some royal family history before William was born, and his life is elaborated from that moment on.
Family relationships between Charles and Diana, Charles and his parents, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip are fairly well detailed. The relationship between Charles, Harry and William and the attitude that Harry and William have for the paparazzi is included. The loss of Diana and the effect that it had on both William and Harry’s lives is included.
The book contains over 100 color pictures of various members of the royal family. Of course, there are many pictures of William….alone and with other family members. There are pictures of the young Elizabeth and Phillip, several of the Queen and Duke with their children. There are some of the young Princess Diana alone and with her family. Of course there is a wedding picture of Charles and Diana and several with William and Harry. There is also a wedding picture of Charles and Camilla. Last, but not least there are numerous shots of Kate, and of course a wedding picture of Kate and William. There are lots of photos of Kate and William at various official functions etc. The pictures are small; however, they are intriguing.
