Personally, I appreciated the inclusion of the information/research pertaining to the poly-vagal theory as well as the Heart Math Institute research/data pertaining to heart rate variability/coherence. Likewise, this information integrates very well with the background of current data pertaining to brain wave activations. This in turn, blended very well in re-acquainting many readers to the Psychosynthesis work of Robert Assagiloli. Yes, I will acknowledge that I am a `fan’ of archetypal astrology. There is a mythos underlying and within the upper unconscious of our own undiscovered Self.
Erik book contributes very nicely to those seekers who view this next century of psychology as a fertile field of psychospiritual growth and not merely a dissected arrangement of categorical pathologies.
