You can tell a lot about someone by the books they read, and as such, some people don't want their reading choices known. "Privacy and Confidentiality Issues: A Guide for Libraries and Their Lawyers" is a guide to the world of law in libraries. Right to privacy is one of the cornerstones of America, and libraries must be one of the many defenders of this right. With information for dealing with confidentiality, the internet, and when it's applicable to bend on these matters, "Privacy and Confidentiality Issues" should be read by every librarian.
