I find the seat solid and comfortable. Although, for longer rides, I made add a cushion. I really like how solid the bike feels and love how it does not wiggle or move around. We have to keep it right in front of a window, so I prefer to move it out a little before using it. It is easy to grab the back moving bar and just slide the bike out from the wall. Note: this is the only way to move the bike's position as if you try to just slide it without lifting from the bar, it will not move. A good thing as it proves how steady the bike is. I'd prefer the seat to be quite when I am riding, but I have noticed some steady squeaks in the seat already. As my husband says... it sounds like you are riding a real bike.
The motor that runs the computer board is a quite constant hum. The electronic controls are easy to understand and use. I really like the fan on the console, but it would be nice if it could be tilted/adjusted as it hits me right in the face. It is okay when I am over heated, but otherwise, I need to turn it off for awhile, and then switch it back on.
Overall, I am very happy with this bike and I look forward to using it for years to come.
