This has been a disaster. First off the heart rate monitor didn't work. Eventually ProForm said they would send me a separate HRM but that was 'backordered' several months ago and has not been received. Then today after using the bike 10-15 times or so since I bought it in October 2015 it has started scratching as the pedal is now scraping the side panel. The side panels come assembled. All around this bike is a lemon. $450 down the drain.
Update - to add insult to injury, Proform customer service expected me to disssamble the pedals, side panels etc and take a photograph so they could identify the problem and send a service tech. Now this pedal, crank, side panel assembly was prebuilt when it arrived. I paid them $159 in advance so they can send someone to do this (non refundable) - it would have taken me hours
Service tech comes along - says a missing snap ring (5c part) out of the factory - would they refund me the $159 - of course not
Wait times are horrendous for Customer service and they hardly ever respond to email
