UPDATE: So after using it twice, the belt started shifting. I read the manual and figured out how to adjust (pretty easy to do). Well, upon going to use it the 3rd time, I discovered it was still shifting. Adjusted again. It shifts again. No matter what I did, it still shifted and unfortunately the belt is now starting to fray. DO NOT BUY THIS. I have never had such problems with a treadmill.
UPDATE: 6/10 - Let me add that the belt has now BROKEN. I was running, noticed it shifting, but before I could do much, it folded under and ripped. The lovely people who sell the warranty call it "accidental damage' so they don't want to cover a new belt. I just reached out to Pro-Form directly to see if I could get a replacement free or cheap - we'll see what they say. Otherwise I have a $400 piece of useless.
I like how quiet it is. I walked at about 3.5 mph and no one in the house knew I was on the treadmill.
I like how study it is.
I like the cushioned platform, which responds very well to hard pounding. (I weigh around 250).
I do not like the speaker(s). My cell phone has a louder speaker.
The treadmill does fold; however, it is still hanging at an angle after it's folded and it kind of makes me nervous.
I cranked it all the way up to 10mph. It worked fine, and was still fairly quiet.
I raised and lowered the incline. I walked at the highest incline (10%) and my hamstrings are a tad sore today.
All in all, not a bad treadmill. I would place it at the lower end of the higher quality treadmills. I would not purchase a treadmill that did not at least meet the quality of this particular one.
Unless i should forget, I will probably update my review after using it for a while.
