Hands down the most accurate and easiest to use. Out of the packaging, dragged it on my wall and there were the indicator lights. This one shows clearly with the multiple indicator lights where the stud is. Done!! The other stud finders (I've tried 3 recently) light up where the edge of the stud is.. But then you have to find the other edge. Sometimes it made sense (somewhat) other times no.
Note- our house is built in 1936, so we have some lathe and plaster walls and some with many coats of paint and / or wallpaper. It doesn't seem to matter with this finder. I've tried it on many walls in the house. This is worth the money. Oh, and it runs on 2 AAA batteries- so you just pop n go.
