Everyone should have a copy of Probate Paralysis Analysis as a guide on how to understand going about creating a Living Trust to ensure assets/health directive are carried out accordingly. In simple terms, the book outlines the process of selecting the right probate lawyer and team and also offers scenarios of the various ways people conduct themselves when going through the probate process. I wish I had this book when I was assisting my husband on probating his mother's will. It was truly emotional and Dawn points out to "take the time to grieve" since there is time to handle the probate. We need more books that assist in offering solutions regarding how to handle our estate and our emotions during the process.

Probate Paralysis Analysis by Dawn Wiley is a compelling read. The book offers a comprehensive guide through the inheritance process that gets to the heart of the complex issues, both financial and emotional, that beneficiaries face. The author demonstrates how future heirs can choose advisers and manage investments, and much more. As a potential beneficiary, I found this book to be a very helpful and very readable primer on estate planning, the legal issues, and the emotional fallout that can occur as a result of receiving an inheritance. Probate Paralysis Analysis is filled with great tools and tips that you'll need to help you manage the difficulties, decisions, and opportunities that come with inheriting. I really enjoyed this wonderful book and I recommend it. Worth reading!

A Must Buy For Anyone With Property and Family

I recently purchased this book at the insistence of a friend and I must say, of any real estate book you're ever going to buy, this is the one you need to buy NOW. I wish I had this book when my grandmother passed away almost 11 years ago. If had this book when my family went through probate then, it would have save some much time and money. The author, Dawn Wiley, talks about the steps and processes during probate we, the family, need to be aware of, especially allowing ourselves a time to grieve. This book is for anyone who has property they plan on passing down to their children or grandchildren or whichever loved ones they're giving it to, because you want to be prepared and you want to prepare them.

Everyone Should Read this Book!

Anyone who has real estate property as part of their inheritance needs to read this book. Dawn Wiley breaks down the probate process in layman's terms, making it easy to understand. She also offers practical and excellent advice for how to avoid difficult probate situations. I had no idea any of these things were an issue prior to reading this book, and it has prompted me to encourage my parents to create a living trust so the probate circus won't end up further complicating my life when they pass away. I strongly recommend this book for everyone; it's important to have end of life plans in place!
