Directions

Each serving of two (2) capsules provides 30 billion CFUs of beneficial bacteria. For maximum health benefits, take two (2) capsules daily with a full glass of water. If GI discomfort is experienced at this dose, it is recommended to decrease to one (1) capsule daily for 15 billion CFUs until your body gets acclimated to the probiotics. My pharmacist said this has numbers better than anything she sold

I bought this as my first Probiotic. After I got it I found out that they are definitely not all the same. So I showed it to my pharmacist, someone I had been going to for years. Seems the two main things are the number of bacteria and the number of strains. She looked at the label and said these are great numbers. We looked at what they stocked and this Probiotic had better numbers than anything there, often two or three times more

I have taken it for a couple weeks and not to be gross but my stool is less and smaller. I feel good for sure but I am going to start eating what the good bacteria want and lay off the sugars and things the bad bacteria want. I think this Probiotic is one the best and adding this diet program will get me not only all the good you can to get but keep me from having problems. I never knew how important this is.

Has all the strains I was looking for plus some extra!

This is one of the two probiotics I am currently using to cover all the strains I wanted for my son and myself. I've been looking into probiotics for months and after countless hours I was able to narrow down what we personally were looking for and Ultra-30 Probiotics are half of the equation. Most of the probiotics I've tried have been around the same size and while I definitely prefer the capsules over tablets just for ease of swallowing, I can deal with either. These happen to be delayed release tablets which oddly enough my son prefers because he likes the taste.

I did do the totally not super scientific milk test with a number of probiotics to get the boys interested in what they do and you can see in the pictures the Ultra-30 solidified the milk it was crushed and mixed into. The green bowl is the control milk bowl.

These are the reasons I have chosen the two probiotics I've chosen for now. Children don't always have the same reactions from probiotics as adults do and there are less studies on children so it took a lot of time to make and break down this list. Unfortunately many of the studies followed specific strains and many companies selling probiotics don't tell us the specific strain they are using so even with this list I know I'm still shooting in the dark. However, since we've started these and made the other changes we've made, my son no longer lives in daily extreme pain, the migraines that showed up out of nowhere have disappeared again and he is better able to control his anxiety.

L. rhamnosus, L. casei, L. reuteri, B. coagulans, B. lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, B. longum, B. breve, B. bifidum, L. plantarum - have all been shown to improve functional constipation, IBS symptoms, milk allergies, pain, immune function or migraines in children. Some are thought to decrease gut permeability. Ultra 30 has all of those along with a few extra beneficial strains.

On top of that, Ultra 30 also has 30 Billion live CFUs at manufacture and also a money back guarantee. You have to respect a company that stands behind it's product. I keep this one on S&S and I highly recommend it.

While these appear to have been working for me, after over a year of being on antibiotics to treat Lyme and Babesia Duncani, my latest bottle looks a little strange. The last 2 bottles had pills that all looked the same, this one is very different. See photo. I cant help but question why the pills look so different.

Long story short: we tried everything for my daughter's stomach problems and this was the end of the road. These probiotics are fantastic, two days after taking these pills, she felt a ton better and hasn't had problems since (this was five months ago).

Here's how you know these are the best: She ran out of these (she forgot to re-order) so she went to Trader Joe's and bought some of theirs. They didn't work, so she went to whole foods and bought their all-natural super-healthy perfectastic probiotics and they didn't work. Overall, she's tried about 10 different brands and claims there is no comparison to these.

Great Probiotic for General Health

I had been reading of the benefits of a probiotic to help increase the amount of good bacteria in your stomach and how different strands help with different conditions. I was looking for a probiotic to improve overall health plus to replenish the good bacterias that are in my gut and intenstines after years of careless antibiotic usage for things like acne. I have been taking the Islands Miracle probiotics for about 3 weeks now and am already noticing a lot of positive results like more energy and firmer stools. I read that a lot of probiotics need to be stored in the fridge in order to preserve the live cultures. I chose this one because it specifically says that it can be stored room temperature and can withstand the acidic environment of the stomach before it can travel down to the intenstines. I personally have noticed a huge difference in my body since taking these supplements and will definitely continue to do so.

No Dates Stamp on Time-Sensitive Product!

No manufacturing dates, No expiration Dates, and No Dates of "Guaranteed" Number of Live Cultures. I look at top and bottom of bottles, no way to find any dates.

What if the manufacturer store it in its warehouse for over 1 year already? I just cannot comprehend at this advance stage of global manufacturing, there is a food product with Dates-Sensitivity that would not put any dates on it.

But I still store it in fridge, and probably be done in 3 months since I 1st got it.
