Highly recommended reading for anyone who is, or wants to be, the leader of a high performing team.
When I met Grant he was already a tremendous leader who cared about his employees better than most people care for their own kids. But I was amazed at how much I liked this book. Knowing that the author already was a walking, living, breathing example prior to putting his pen to parchment.
"The Problem Isn't Their Paycheck" is full of actual advice that I can easily implement.
Ya, I hate reading...but you know what I hate more? Not making money and feeling like the weight of an entire organization is on me. Feeling trapped with no where to escape...that feeling sucks way more
Using Grant's advice, I was able to make a hire that allowed me to free up more tasks that were weighing me down. i was able to enjoy certain aspects of my job and life better.
The nuggets in this book will make me more money, allow me to be a better leader, and give me more freedom to enjoy the things I want in life.
Grant is sincere and he cares about your results. When he writes, you almost feel as if he's writing a letter to you personally.
Before you spend money on any event, coach, or seminar, read this book...read it more than once. Allow the words to bury themselves in the soil of your mind and implement the teachings. You'll raise the level in which you lead, and in how you and your business prosper.
This book is the best money any leader can spend on Amazon!
If you want to cure your insomnia, buy the other book...If you want to give your leadership skills and company culture a double dose of "business viagra" then follow the steps in this book
Great job Grant!
