It makes two eggs, easy. Almost fool proof. In fact it can't get any easier than this.
Great for low carb life style folks (like my self) since eggs are a great source of vitamins and minerals.
Quick and easy. Not too much protein. And, of course, delicious.
1. Heat up sandwich maker
2. Grease top and botton with either PAM or grass-fed butter
3. Crack two eggs in to snadwhich area and let the egg whites level out on their own.
5. Wait about 2 minutes for over easy or just wait for the egg white to cook fully then you're done. The yolk should be soft to the touch.
6. Sprinkle eggs with sea salt and some fresh cracked pepper
7. Grate a bit of hard cheese on top and you're done.
If done correctly bacon* should magically appear aswell.

Having used this for a while, I find I don't really like how squashed the sandwiches come out. They are very flattened and the bread becomes tough. It's quick and easy to clean, but I'm going to buy one with a "floating" top so I can make thicker sandwiches.
Ive had this for 7 months. Its been used daily for about 2 months and maybe 5 times a month for the rest of the time. The Teflon is about done on it. Ive only ever used a plastic spatula on it, and used heat and steam to clean it, to keep the scrubbing to a bare minimum. I feel the non stick should have lasted longer. I can still use it, but for things like eggs its a pain to clean now.
The only con, as others have mentioned, is that it can get kind of gross, especially when one excessively uses artery clogging butter. I disassembled it once to clean it, which wouldn't be easy for someone who doesn't enjoy taking things apart.
I haven't had an issue with the nonstick coating coming off, which is something I've read was an issue. I don't take any metal to it.
It's made many a samich.
