Product key not working for Dragon Age Origins HELP

"Because this issue is specific to your game and codes, EA support will be better able to help you resolve the problem. You can email EA support directly at EACSAllySupport@ea.com to reach an EA support specialist who works with Amazon.com customers."

Again contacted that email with the info and I yet to receive a reply, seems like i'm playing ping-pong between EA & Amazon support and doesnt seem like i'm gonna get an answer soon.

Just an update on the issue I posted above maybe someone else can do the same and resolve their issue, I went as a last resort to origin support (I got to them from the origin client) and I gave all the information I have to the agent, he was a very polite and helpful person and after waiting for about 7-10 min he gave me a code for ultimate edition and gave me a code for collectors edition (which is not included in my purchase) and gave me an extra code for awakening in case that wasnt included in the ultimate edition code, I was really skeptical about buying games outside of steam (which is my preferred platform) but after this my faith in origin and their support is renewed.

For the guys having issue with invalid code I would suggest redeeming your code in origin first if it doesnt work just contact their support from the client directly.

I also had the same problem. Went to the EA chat support, and they gave me all the codes required, no questions asked. Very helpful.

i figured it out. Ok install the game by registering the game with origin. Then for the DLC you must register on bioware website. Origin won't recognize it. So you have to make two accounts one with Origin and one with Bioware if you haven't already.

I went through series of troubles - both download and registration issues - so here's what worked best for me: a complete how-to.
Do not use the amazon downloader.
Install Origin client, register with it (or use existing EA registration) and redeem the code there.
Their client has option to change the location of downloads, installation and game files.
Before starting the download log in http://social.bioware.com with existing EA account (I'm not sure a new registration with Origin client works).
On the left menu, click My Games -> Register Games. Insert the first code for "Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition - PC" (yes, again) and second code for the DLC "Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening - PC".
Next download the game using the Origin client.
Do not start the game yet!
Download and install the latest patch: http://files.bioware.com/dragonage/patch/1.05/DragonAge1.05.exe
It's on Bioware's site, upper menu, Games -> Dragon Age Origins -> Game Patches.
Then launch the game. In the game menu you should see in Downloadable content three tabs. All DLCs and expansions should be installed.
Some of them are available in Other campaign section, other are in-game, when you reach a certain location.
If some of these steps fail - do not contact amazon - it's pointless.
Do not contact EA through a browser - the helpers there are useless!
Use the Origin client - the question sign on top is for Origin help. Click Live chat to get help from a more experienced EA advisor.
And have a really great time while playing this awesome RPG!

If you register the game through Origin, it registers as the Ultimate Edition, with all the DLCs. Once installed, you can check the DLCs in the options ingame. But, you will have to install v.1.05 in order for the DLC to be properly 'verified' (something that that update fixed). That's it, the game should work with all the DLCs. I did this and didn't even have to use the DLC code anywhere.

Okay so I have the same issue with the downloading but I have a mac, and Origin doesn't seem to have a client for me to install from? I'm so confused right now.
