Possums are opportunistic scavengers and have no problem making themselves at home in your house.
While rummaging for food, they may find themselves in your dog's house, chicken coop, garden, or other area where they're not welcome. Though they rarely pose a physical threat, the can occasionally attack pets.
The real problem comes in with the diseases they can carry and transmit (ie: leptospirosis, tuberculosis, spotted fever, etc.) They also play host to a plethora of parasites (fleas, ticks, lice, mites, etc.)
The best place for them is "somewhere else".
Racoons - A curious, intelligent, and agile creature that is commonly found in areas where people are.
They not only look like bandits, but they are adept to breaking into houses and other buildings to get to garbage, pet food, or to take advantage of the shelter. Once they have invaded your living area, they are difficult to catch and remove by hand.
The also break into trash cans, spreading the garbage all over for you to come out and clean up. They invade your gardens, swimming pools, They can cost you thousands of dollars in home repairs.
The worst part is that they spread diseases like salmonella, rabies, leptospirosis, and roundworm.
Skunks are notorious for burrowing, during their eternal search for food.
They will dig under porches or building foundations, in search of gaining access to the treats inside. Skunks dig holes in your yard, gardens, golf courses, They are well adept at creating destruction and are able to carry and transmit rabies.
Aside from that, there's the obvious; Skunks can leave you or your pet smelling extremely foul, but spraying a noxious chemical from their hind quarters. Therefore, it's recommended that you cover your eXtreme Dog Fence brand trap with a tarp before attempting to relocate a skunk to another location for release.
Armadillos are avid diggers, and can be a major pest in agricultural or suburban areas.
No lawn or garden is safe with one of these guys on the hunt. They can completely destroy your landscape or or vegetation, while looking for insects and grubs to feed on.
They can carry rabies, salmonella, and tapeworms, and it's common thought that they can also carry and transmit leprosy.
They are usually active early morning or late at night. Therefore, an eXtreme Dog Fence rear release trap would be a perfect solution to humanely remove these little tanks from your locale.

I am very happy I bought this live trap. Now that I know they work I'll get more and some larger ones as well. A friend recommended these and I'm happy with our results. Hopefully next spring we will get the adorable bunnies some place safe!
I live in the woods and there are a lot of mice around here. I've tried to mouse-proof my little abode, but somehow they keep finding their way inside. At first I tried standard traps but really hate those things. They're unreliable and sometimes maim the mouse instead of killing it, and I really hate that. I decided to go the no-kill route, but the first one I bought (cheap plastic one) never worked right. The mouse would somehow trip it but wouldn't get caught.
Then I found this one. I didn't really want to spend $22 on a mouse trap, but I was sick to death of mouse droppings and I was afraid they would start damaging my home. So I bit the bullet and bought it. Best $22 I ever spent. Now I just catch the little buggars and set them free again alongside a creek about a mile away.
Besides flawlessly catching mice, it's built in such a way that it will last forever (all metal, no plastic). I did modify one thing though. It has a metal platform where you put the bait, and the bait would slide off of it, so I cut a little piece of cardboard to sit on top of that platform, which solved the problem. Also you have to put the bait toward the back of that platform, otherwise the mouse might be able to get the bait without stepping on the platform and tripping the gate.
For bait I just use a little breakfast cereal. Honey Bunches of Oats works great.
If you're sick of mice and traps that don't work, get this. You won't regret it.
