I bought this oven thermometer and I am not sure if it is accurate. I set my oven to 350 degrees. The thermometer will read 350 but then as time goes on, the temperature on the thermometer will keep going up. It once read 500 degrees! The food was still baking ok. Now, I have to buy a new thermometer to see if this is correct.
