So water is always needed during the sharpening. /// 3.Why it is hard to Push or Pull the push bar After some times of sharpening, the adjust screw will be loose, if the adjust screw is loose, it will be hard for you to Push or Pull the push bar, Then you need tighten the 4 adjust screw, then it is ok. /// 4.Why our product is only having 2 stones? This kit is equipped with one stone of 180#, one stone of 1500#, it is already enough for sharpening a knife. The 180# stone is used for coarse grinding, the 1500# stone is used for fine grinding
