Fast delivery, everything seems to work fine. Unfortunately, my eproms are not blank and I do not have an uv eraser, so I have not yet tried writing to them, but reading them was simple enough. I'll update as soon as I can test them, but I am not anticipating any problems.
update: I have finally recieved an uv eraser and was able to blank eproms and reprogram them. No problem whatsoever. My Intel D27256 eprom took about 20 seconds to program.
Only negative is that the English translate of the instructions isn't the best, but the few points I had trouble with in the text is clear with the images.

I was a bit skeptical because of the low cost. This programmer works perfectly and is easy to use. I bought a number of chips assuming that I would destroy several in the learning process. The first chip I Programmed work flawlessly (an AT27C040 DIP32). Then I read out an AM27C010 PLCC32 using the adapter that was included. Again, worked perfectly. Seems like an excellent, low-cost solution.

So far I've tried this on a variety of EPROMs and EEPROMs with no issue. Some of the EPROMs were 12.5 to 13v programming voltage and it had no issue. The one I received appears to be genuine and the firmware updates without any issues.

Had some trouble at first. It turned out this programmer is a little touchy with usb ports and especially does not like being connected to a usb hub. In the rare occasion that I now have problems, I disconnect and reconect usb cable to make sure blinking light turns off after a second and it works like a champ.

It works great, software is sketchy. Also you can't easily add a chip if it doesn't support it. Rather than the devices being baked in a dll it would be nice to have them in an easily editable config file. Also please please open source the software. Put it on GitHub!

great product easy to use ONCE IT'S BEEN INSTALLED, but not easy to install. Maybe I just made it more difficult than it needed to be but finding the software took FOREVER!!!! especially since it looks like the manufacturer discontinued these and they want you to upgrade so they only want to give you the software for the newer product. However, once installed it's easy to use and there are tons of tutorials online.

The installer keeps whining about insufficient privileges, I don't know what more I can do on Windows 10, it only needs to ask to switch to admin mode and I'll say yes. Who is writing the software for this thing. I don't know how good it is because installation fails. I'm not going to login as administrator just to indulge this piece, I'll simply scrap it and use an arduino for programming my EEPROMs.
Update, one week later: Despite all the failures reported by the installer, the thing actually works. I programmed a few EEPROMS and all is well. The UI is also very unfriendly and appears to be designed by amateurs. Totally unacceptable for a commercial product. Anyway, I'm upgrading this to 3 stars because it's doing the job.
