Calories per serving -- 25. Total fat -- 0g. Cholesterol -- 0% Sodium -- 125mg, 5% of daily recommended amount (so the broth does have some salt). Protein -- 4g. Potassium -- 240mg.
Total carbs -- 2g.
This broth appears to be a tasty alternative to a cup of green tea for those health minded folks who want some variety in their choice of beverages. Highly recommended.
Update: Amazon is now selling this excellent chicken broth again and I continue to enjoy it. If you try it, why not post a review?
Note: This is sold by WEIGHT not by volume. 32-ounces does not equal 4 cups, but about 3 1/2 cups.
