I highly recommend reading this series (House of Xannon Series) if you like lots of adventure without much rest. I just completed reading this third book in the series and will soon start reading book No. 4. The series is very interesting and intriguing. The writer takes you on a journey of magick with nature and the four elements combined. The story captivates you from book 1 and takes you on a magickal journey full of adventure and emotions. You feel a close connection with the heroin in the story. You laugh, cry, cheer and become angry right along with her. There is NO room for boredom in this whole series. There were times I could hardly sit down because of the excitement and suspense. I am enjoying this series immensely. I strongly recommend reading it. I liked how the writer mixed magic with the elements. The elements are close to my heart because I am a Pagan and know what the elements represent. Read this series. You won't regret it.

Completely hooked and cannot wait until book 4 is out! Melinda takes a story and weaves it into something that draws you in and takes you away to a different world.... or worlds I should say! I liked it. There was a lot of floating around feeling lost that could have been a little more descriptive. Also, the main character tends to be a bit pessimistic and was constantly assuming key characters were dead when she had no clue if they were or not but overall, it was a good continuation of the series.
