Top reviews from the United States

An excellent basic resource. The other must-have for owner association lawyers is Community Association Law by Hyatt. They often overlap, but also often take different approaches to issues. Neither gets beyond the academic to real-life association challenges as much as they might, but for what they are, both are excellent. I wish Natelson would publish a second edition. The first edition is now cited with some regularity in state courts.
