Coloured Adhesive Panel Frames

Coloured Adhesive Panel Frames – Orzly Pro-Fit Screen Protectors cannot be completely clear like traditional transparent glass screen protectors, nor can they have a completely clear and fully adhesive central panel like 3D glass screen protectors. This is simply down to the design of the OnePlus 3. A completely clear and rigid panel of glass would simply not curve around the screen, while a 3D version would extend over the display of the phone and create other problems such as air bubbles and problems with case compatibility. Therefore after extensive testing, we came up with a screen protector that allows the customer to keep the entire surface area protected while still being able to use a protective case.The Oneplus 3 Pro-Fit Glass Screen Protector is a combination of a glass panel for the flat portion of the screen and a PET or Polycarbonate layer where the adhesive is applied to stick the screen protector down. Dot Matrix Grid:

This reinforces the separation between the layers with a support module inserted between the glass and plastic layer. The process of inserting this module will create a dot matrix grid and prevents the 2 layers sticking together and creating a suction effect that would interfere with display visibility. These dots should only show up in extremely bright light conditions so if you find you can see the dots in normal indoor lighting then simply increase the brightness settings on your phone.

Good Fit, Easy Installation, Protectes Frontfacing Camera, No Rainbow Effect - On My Phone.

Great Product!! I had a Yootech Glass full coverage screen protector for my OnePlus 3 before Replacing it with the Orzly version 2 glass full coverage glass screen protectors. I only replaced my Yootech because I noticed some damage on a bottom corner of the Yootech glass - my phone's glass had no damage. I will compare the Orzly product to the Yootech product since that is the extent of my glass screen protector knowledge at this time.

I was looking for a glass screen protector with full coverage, one that covered the camera with clear glass rather than having a cut out in the top black band, and one that allowed me to use the Tudia TPU black case. Yootech has cut outs on the top black band for the camera, the light sensor, and the earpiece speaker. Orzly glass screen protectors have only two cut outs. One was for the light sensor and one for the earpiece speaker. The camera is covered by a clear glass portion of the top black band. I have not noticed any reduction in front camera picture quality since installing the Orzly glass screen protector on my phone. Orzly did an excellent job of tweaking the version 2 glass protector to fit better with a variety of cases. My Black TPU Tudia case fits great and it even fits better than when I had the Yootech glass protector on my phone. The Yootech glass protector is a good protector (4.5 stars) as well, but Orzly has the one extra feature that I was looking for. One last thing, the Yootech glass protector with the exception of 2 minor sections of the screen was compatible with the Tudia Black TPU case, the Diztronic Black TPU case, and the Pleson Clear TPU case. Of those three TPU cases, I like the Tudia best but Diztronic is a very close second.

Ease of Installation
Orzly was easy to install and this was the second glass screen protector I have installed on any of my phones.

Dot Matrix and Rainbow Effect
If you have researched glass screen protectors for the OnePlus 3, then you have definitely read about the dot matrix and/or rainbow effect of the glass protectors. The Yootech had a rainbow effect in the middle of the phone and was only visible when my phone's screen was off. I barely noticed that Yootech dot matrix - but at times, with the display off - I could see some of the dot matrix. Both products instruct the user to push down in the center of the screen AFTER ensuring the cut outs and clear windows are aligned with all pertinent elements on the face of the OnePlus 3. Orzly's dot matrix is definitely easily seen, but I can only see it when I have my phone display off. I have zero rainbow effect with the Orzly glass screen protector.

Fingerprints and Clarity
The Orzly and the Yootech are free from any tinting or distortions. I have not noticed any reduction in screen resolution using both the Orzly and the Yootech glass full coverage screen protectors. As far as finger prints go.. both Yootech and Orzly collect fingerprints, but they are easy to clean without having to break out cleaning solutions or lens cleaning pre-moistened cloths.

Overall, I would say that the Yootech and the Orzly are good products. My personal favorite is the Orzly because it has the clear glass section of the black band front facing camera.

My OPO cracked because I didn't have a tempered glass protector on it, but I always keep a nice tudia case. it worked for me perfectly fine, even when I demonstrated to family that case matters and hurled it up 15+ feet in air and let it drop on concrete. The downfall was that I took off the case to clean the screen and forgot it, dropped it 2 feet on concrete and that did it.

I've since bought the OP3 and first thing I did was put a case on it and leave the factory plastic protector on the screen. I decided to add that extra layer of protection with the tempered glass protection. I have been fond of Spigden brand, but did not see it for my phone. I went ahead and purchased this one because it came in a pack of two, which is a great backup plan for a screwed up installation or replacement.

To start off, the package was nice, good protection on the glass protectors, screen cleaning cloth, two dust remover stickers, and one alcohol wipe. You would think it comes with two alcohol wipes because there are two protectors, but that's odd. I have plenty of these anyways, I am a tech geek so I carry a lot of these.

Installation was perfect and rather painless. Most of the time I do it, I have to squeeze bubbles out, this was no problem. Video quality is perfect through this glass too; crystal clear! Was eating chips and left smudges all over the place, but very easy to wipe off.

Here is my process:

I went in the bathroom after a hot shower, with vent turned on, and all the of parts and pieces needed to install, oh and powder-free nitrile gloves from my car hobby.

Left my plastic protector on the phone, placed this protector over it to check fitting and placement, flipped if and set it adjacent to the phone.
Pulled off plastic protector from phone, did a wipe down with alcohol pad, and checked for dust. There was minimal dust because the humidity in the bathroom from the shower helps mitigate air-born dust. Still saw a couple flakes so I blew on them, cleaned again, and blew again.

removed the backing from the Orzly protector, held it from the long sides and hovered over the phone to where I wanted i, and dropped it. With the old phones, I used to use the hinge method, but for these tempered glass I don't use it because of the curve it has. After placing it on my phone, I pressed in the center so it has no bubbles there, and they're pushed out as you press on in.

Here's the thing, I pressed in the center and nothing happened. Thought I screwed up, but it went on there perfectly with no bubbles or dust. Tripled checked every part and it was on perfect and not moving around so this was the most perfect install I've ever done. Really impressed me and now I'll be buying these over spidgen brand.

========update=========

So, about 1 month of use, I noticed that the bottom was lifting off. I pressed down on it and it was fine. Earlier this week, about 1.5 months after installation, the whole bottom side lifted up. I did not drop the phone, get any liquid, or did anything that I could think of to let this come off. The adhesive did not seem to stick. I have the other one, since it's a two-pack, and will put it back on. I cleaned it very carefully and there should have not been a problem. Will try other solvents to clean and then report. Downgraded review from 5 to 3 for now.

If it is the adhesive, then they need to work on it. had it dropped with the glass lifted, I do not think it would protect my screen and digitizer

======update 2=========
I replaced the protector with the second one and experienced the same problem with the protector. I cleaned my phone glass well, acetone, ipa, and DI water. This was very clean surface and dust-free as I did it in a ventilated room with filters.

adhesive is weak and does not hold long. It lifts up so slightly that I did not noticed, but my touches didn't register as they used to, specifically in the four corners. Once removed, I tested the touches on the corners and they worked perfectly.

Best Tempered Glass SP for the Oneplus 3 I have tried, possibly best SP overall

For years Ive been using either Spigen Dry install films, or Armorsuit Wet install type screen protectors. (SP from here on out). I recently got my first Oneplus 3 (OP3 from here on out). And if you have this phone Im sure you love it, I know I do. Anyway of course I want to protect the screen, So I tried an Armorsuit on my first OP3. It worked good, but caused an issue with one of the capacitive buttons for about a day after it had dried. So I started looking into tempered glass SP's. I did a lot of research and heard about the Orzly V2 being one of the best available. So I ordered it. I also tried the Icheckey as well. Out of the 2 overall I prefer the Orzly. The Icheckey has a lot less noticeable dot matrix than the Orzly, but also immediately had a very large rainbow oil slick in the middle. This was not the case with the Orzly and I assume its because it has more of a dot matrix. This doesnt bother me because I only see it when the screen is off, or its in direct light. The armorsuit worked well but being a wet install type it has the orange peel effect, and also your finger just doesnt slide as good. I love how slick the Orzly is. Its the first tempered glass SP Ive had and I love it. I also tried a couple other film type ones and they did not even cover the full display part. The Orzly does. And if you know about the fastboot test it barely covers any of the text. It say maybe half of the first letter. I read that the official Oneplus TGSP covers a lot of the edges. Anyway if you are looking for a good SP and you like tempered glass this is a great choice. Great price as well for 2. Thanks for reading.

Um es mal so zu sagen, bevor ich mir die 2.Version des Orzlys gekauft hatte, hatte ich bei der ersten Version meine bedenken, da dort oftmals kritisiert wurde, dass die Folie die Verwendung mit Schutzhüllen behindere, da ich die Spigen Neo Hybrid verwende kam diese daher nicht in meinen Einkaufswagen und ich besorgte mir zuerst die Ichekey. Ein Großer Fehler! Qualitativ wirkte beide zwar auf dem selben Stand, nur das beim Ichekey die Punktmatrix nicht so deutlich zu sehen war. Doch dies kann man verkraften. Ganz anders allerdings die Problematik mit den Fingerabdrücken. Während auf der Ichekey wirklich die kleinsten Antippser wie riesige Fettflecken angezeigt werden, sind diese zwar ebenfalls beim Orzly sichtbar, aber nicht so extrem und wirklich schnell mit dem Tuch weggewischt.

Das was mich allerdings beim Orzly in der 2. Version überzeugte war, dass Versprochen wurde, dass die Hülle kleiner wurde und angepasst. Was gut ist, weil die Schutzfolie nun Perfekt mit der Spigen Neo Hybrid funktioniert und in Kombination den Perfekten Schutz für das Handy bietet. Als ich die Schutzfolie auf das Handy machte, war es sehr Simpel die Folie Perfekt aufzutun. Beim eventuellen Falschen Aufbringen konnte man mit diese ebenfalls sauber und recht schnell entfernen und wieder Problemlos auftragen. Der Kleber ist super! im gegensatz zum ichekey kamen keinen Regenbogenfarben zum Vorschein welche von der schlechten Klebeualität hervorruhen. Zudem konnte die Folie ohne nachträgliches ausbessern durch glattschieben der Klebepunkte ohne Luftblässchen aufgetragen werden. Einfacher geht es wirklich nicht.
Was mir noch besser gefällt ist, dass im Gegenatz zu vielen nderen Hüllen die Kamera von der Folie nicht umrandet wurde sondern unter der Folie liegt. Damit wirkt alles schon deutlich griffiger. Wenn man es schafft die Folie wirklich gut aufzukleben, wirkt es nicht als wäre eine Folie drauf. Der einzige wirkliche Unterschied den man allerdings nach einiger Zeit getrost ignoriert ist, dass der Fingersensor jetzt an den Seiten einfach erhöhungen hat, die allerdings nur am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig sind.

Zubehör ist ebenfalls gut und sorgt dafür das wirklich vor dem Auftragen der Schutzfolie sämtliche Schmutzreste entfernt werden könnten. Was mir persönlich auch mein Geld wert sein würde wäre, wenn Orzly diese Schutzfolie noch mit einem Anti-Reflexion effekt herausbringen könnte um den für mich störende sehr reflektierende Oberfläche des One Plus 3 zu entspiegeln und somit bei Sonnenschein das Handy Problemloser benutzen zu können. Aber dies wäre nur ein kleine Verbesserungspunkt der aber nicht nötig ist. Ansonsten konnte ich noch nicht testen wie Bruchsicher die Folie ist, da ich eigentlich sehr sorgsam mit meine Handy umgehe. Sollte allerdings irgendwann etwas geschehen, werde ich zum Spigen und der Schutzfolie einen Bericht verfassen.

EDIT: Nach einigen Tagen musste ich jetzt doch einen Stern abziehen, leider ergab sich bei genauem Hinsehen, dass die Schutzfolie doch noch einen kleinen Tick zu Breit ist für die Schutzhülle, zur Vorsicht habe ich die Spigen abgenommen und die Schutzfolie peinlichst genau sodass nirgendwo auch nur eine kleine Abweichung der Folie ist angebracht. Leider stößt die Folie an der Linken Seite immer noch an den Spigen Rand und sorgt dabei für eine leichte Wölbung.. die jetzt nicht all zu Störend ist, allerdings etwas sorgen bereitet...

- Extrêmement solide : mon verre trempé a rendu l'âme après 4 ans de protection. Vous constaterez sur la photo l'état au bout de 4 années. Moi qui fait très souvent tomber mon téléphone, lorsque j'ai vu a quel point le verre était cassé, je m'attendais à ce que l'ecran le soit aussi... Quelke ne fut pas la surprise de découvrir que je n'avais pas une seule trace sur mon écran ! Après nettoyage, l'écran est comme neuf, j'ai pris 3 photos pour vous montrer. Autant dire que je suis ravis !

- Économique : Non seulement je suis très satisfait de la qualité et de la résistance du verre trempé mais en plus vous en avez 2 dans le paquet, autant dire que pour à peine 10€ vous pouvez protéger votre écran plusieurs années, pour moi c'est un très bon rendement.

- Bon packaging : 2 verres trempés, 2 lingettes alcool pour nettoyer, un paquet qui se referme, idéal pour ne pas perdre le deuxième verre trempé et donc changer 2 fois ce dernier.

Really good screen protector. Like others have said, the centre of the screen does get a rainbow effect after a while, but this is usually only visible in certain lights and angles, so does not bother me. Installation is quite straight forward, just follow the instructions that come with the product. I have applied lots of protectors and glass is much more straightforward than plastic as you generally won't get any bubbles appear. What can be a little tricky is making sure that you apply the protector without getting any dust between the protector and the glass of the phone just prior to installation. I suggest taking your time to clean the glass in one direction, effectively sweeping the dust off the phone's screen with each wipe. I have had this screen protector applied for the last 6 months now and it works great. I cannot tell any difference between screen presses with or without the protector being applied. Some glass protectors have suffered with edges cracking in the past, but I use a phone case which covers the phone and overlaps the screen protector edges as well, and so have not had any issues with this either. The fit is good (not perfect, but very close), so I can see everything from the button lights at the bottom of the phone, the camera, ambient sensor etc... No scratches have appeared on the screen in the time I have had this applied either. All round very happy.

Possible rainbow effect solution

After following the instructions carefully and precisely, i was initially impressed with this screen protector. It looked and felt great, no air bubbles or anything. However only a few hours after instillation, i noticed that a rainbow effect had appeared in the centre of the screen. It was virtually invisible when the screen was turned on, however it was still annoying to see. I did some research and short of removing the protector and trying again, i did find one quick and easy, if not slightly risky solution that worked for me. If you place the phone face down on a flat surface and very careful place a large weight on top of the phone, about 1kg or so, and leave it for a minute or two, the raindowing, at least for me will disappear. And it has not returned since. Its not a perfect solution, and it would be far nicer if such a problem didnt occour in the first place, but apart from that, I'm happy with my purchase.
