This coco is really tasty and has a wonderful protien content. **** The trick is to mix it in COLD water first and then microwave it or a minute or minute and a half. If you mix it in hot water as the package instructions state, it gets clumpy and weird. Taste just like regular coco if you prepare it right.

I cannot rave enough about the hot cocoa drink! Love it! Just whisk your powder into hot water or use a fork if needed; do not put the powder in the water and then heat up - it boils over and is a mess.

I have purchased many varieties of protein cocoa's; however, this was the worst one I've tried yet. It had a funny flavor to it, and despite many attempts, I could not get the clumps to dissolve. I will be throwing the rest away.

I took the advice of another reviewer and make it with cold water. I also added a sugar-free hot cocoa mix since I like extra chocolate and then heated. No issues and tastes good. Will purchase again.

I like this. A nice change from eggs for breakfast and if you are wanting sweets while on Low carb this may help to keep you from choosing poorly. It does have a slight aftertaste almost like sweet and low and it is prone to clumping when you add hot water. Another person suggests using cold water and heating it. I have yet to try that.

I think it is a good snack and a good way to bump up your protein if you are "off" meat because you are sick of it and you need to augment your veggies.

A little sweeter than I like, but overall a good alternative to even the common 'sugar free' hot chocolate if trying to eat low carb.
