Painful to read. The author seems to have copied almost word-for-word, idea-for-idea-,and format-for-format from another author's book, The Empath's Survival Guide by Judith Orloff. I hardly know what to do with it other than burn it because I wouldnt want anybody else to suffer the torture of reading this publication.
I would so much rather recommend reading other more focused books like “Drive” or “Influence” than this one, but I guess it’s a matter of taste.

Good 'armchair psychology'.
I probably wouldn't reference this book in an academic essay.
Pros: The book is written in very conversational style. Easy to read.
Cons: The author has 'two degrees in psychology' - where from it's not clear.
Peppered with advice, but no real justifications.
Neutral: Large print text and a small amount of text on each page - you can read it quickly but not what I was expecting.
