PT Wasp Freeze II Aerosol is specially formulated to provide instant knockdown of wasps and hornets.
Knockdown is quick so no stinging pheromone is released, thus reducing the possibility of stings. Specially formulated to provide instant knockdown of wasps and hornets. The spray can travel 15 ft. to provide applicator safety. Wasp Freeze II has replaced Wasp Freeze. Wasp Freeze contained D-Trans Allethrin and Phenothrin as the active ingredients while Wasp Freeze II contains Prallethrin. Wasp Freeze II can be used outdoor, and in attics and crawlspaces only.

I sprayed this early in the morning. Nothing ever came out the nest. Works fantastically. These were ground hornets. Later that evening I took a shovel to the spot. It was about the size of a basketball in the ground. The picture is remnants of the nest.

Paid absolutely too much money for this stuff to not be a miracle worker. We had a huge paper wasp nest in a tree. My husband emptied out the can in the entrance to the nest. Some were killed, but far from all. There's not enough in the can and the liquid isn't a strong stream so many wasps flew away. After we got rid of the nest, I wake up the next day to see a cluster of wasps sitting on the tree branch where the nest once was. The liquid clearly didn't freeze anything. I ended up buying Spectracide (2 cans for $5) to spray directly on them and I watched them fall dead instantly. That was much better results for $5 instead of $18. I'll never buy this wasp freeze again.

I have a on going issue with Red Wasps, they build their nest behind the shutters in the front of our home. I tried other brands, but NONE have the knock down power that this product does. I hit one in mid air, the wasp fell right to the ground. Sprayed the shutter and they were dropping on the porch floor below in groups of 5 or more. ALL dead ! This was two weeks ago and have yet to see another in that area.

I had a yellowjackets nest in a spiral check on my log house and they were starting to find ways into the house. Son is very allergic to bee stings so I needed to find something that worked fast and effectively. I sprayed this into the entrance point in the middle of the night. Starting working immediately...followed up after several hours with Tempo dust. Took about 12 hours to stop having them come in the house but it worked! I am very pleased with the effectiveness. I did use the whole can but was worth it. Would purchase again.

Great for carpenter bees

I have a log home. Carpenter bees are always an issue in the spring. I have used this product for the past few years. It kills on contact with a direct hit. Nothing you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes can do this to carpenter bees. I highly recommend it.

i hammered the mud daubers at my place a few years ago... it was a chore, as there were literally thousands. I declared war and used a powder and knocked down their nests. They were tough to kill. It took few years, but I won the war. Slowly, they have been coming back so I wanted something that would take care of them one-on-one, before they congregate. I tried this PT Wasp spray on a recommendation. It is fantastic. They drop on contact. Fantastic stuff. Note, I try to have a live and let live attitude in general, but when it comes to my home, I have learned to have the opposite approach and destroy everything that attempts to co-habitat. If you have a similar view, buy this stuff.

Both the PT Wasp Freeze II and the D Foaming Aerosol work almost immediately. Much, MUCH better than the Raid stuff I purchased from the hardware store.

My husband used this spray, a tiny bit on 2 wasp nests, and then nothing else would come out. For such an expensive can that's pretty large, why does it only let two tiny sprays come out and then it dies? There's either hardly anything in the container or it breaks somehow so nothing more can come out. Total waste of money.

Far too dangerous to use, managed to get it destroyed by professional people. Waning on aerosol: if you get in eyes or in skin rinse for 20 mins then call a doctor. Tried to return but told 20% restocking charge + I would have to pay postage to the US. So just put it down to bad experience and called our council guy came out sorted for £45. Job done.
