With that being said. The fabulous "detectives " have to solve the mystery of who stole the town's prized jack o lantern and additional pumpkins from a local pumpkin patch. As always the culprit ends up being supernatural and Raven and Leo bicker back and forth through the mystery. The cemetery scene is spooktacular.
Ms. Layne really makes you want to live in Paramore Bay and be Raven and Heidi's 3rd musketeer!
I am waiting on Liam to propose soon. I do wish he had bigger roles in these books.
These wacky characters, the twists and turns of her intricate plot, the frequent barks of laughter that startle everyone around me as I read, these are the hallmarks of Kennedy Layne’s wonderful talent for storytelling. Can’t wait to read Frosty Blend, Book #15 in this series next. Soon to be released. Catch up readers, these books are too good to miss.
Beetle and Regina are out of town. The town's "great pumpkin" type festival is delayed or rather, extended due to theft of the 183 lb jack-o-lantern. Its up to Raven, Leo and associates to find the reason for the theft, location of the pumpkin and identity of the thief.
This is one of my favorite series!
I did not figure out what was going on. It was a good mystery.
I am not too sure about the town’s newest resident though.
